Go up to the 4th floor (there is no elevator, like in almost all old buildings in Malasaña). The key is in the gray lockbox next to the door: same code.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM: the neighbors wake up early. Trash: organic in the brown bin, packaging in the yellow one, and paper in the blue one.
How things work
Washing machine
30° program for almost everything (about 50 minutes). Detergent is under the sink.
Air conditioning
The remote is on the nightstand. Cooling mode at 24°: if you set it lower, the power will trip.
Ceramic hob
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds, then select the burner with + and −.
The area
Getting around
Metro: Tribunal (lines 1 and 10) 3 minutes away and Noviciado (line 2) 5 minutes away. From the airport: line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios and line 10 to Tribunal (about 40 minutes). Taxis have a flat rate to the city center.
Parking
The apartment does not come with a parking space. The nearest public parking is at Plaza de los Mostenses, a 5-minute walk away.
